3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where pricing errors have occurred. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Cole and Charisma is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders

Customers may need to contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
Packages marked delivered but not received
Normal wear and tear after use
Any issue reported outside the eligible claim window

Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To review your claim, we may require:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

If the issue is approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Photo Proof Required

Photo proof is required for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Claims without clear photo evidence may be denied.

Do Not Return Items Without Approval

Please do not send any items back unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

Cole and Charisma will review each approved claim and provide return instructions if a return is required.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we determine that the issue was caused by a production or fulfillment error.

Cole and Charisma is not responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Reshipping costs due to incorrect customer information
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Carrier delays
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered
Additional costs caused by customer error

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related shipping issue, Cole and Charisma is not responsible for refunding or reshipping the order. If reshipment is available, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Because our products are made to order, all items are considered final sale unless they qualify for an approved damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment-error claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is the property of Cole and Charisma and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
